Learn about wines from the lands of Australia and New Zealand as well as the emerging popular wines from the South American countries of Chile and Argentina as well as South Africa. Instructors will provide you with eight wines and a clear explanation of the different classifications and breakdowns of the various growing regions.

This class is taught by: Nidal Daher, Certified Sommelier He has been working in the wine industry, covering restaurants, hotels, retail, and consulting for wholesale distributors for over 15 years. In various years he has served as the wine director, event sommelier, and catalogue scriber for the Detroit International Wine Auction. Co-author of the book “Romance Begins in The Kitchen”. Former fine wine director and buyer for the Merchant of Vino. A professional member of the French gourmet society “Chaine De Rotisseurs”. Founder and president of the only Michigan wine consulting company, SOMMELIER CONNECTIONS, INC. and currently managing its division “Unique Wine Cellars”, for custom designing and building of wine cellars and cooling equipments.
