2006 Arcadian Chardonnay Dierberg Vineyard, Santa Maria
Single vineyard Chardonnay from the Dierberg Vineyard in Santa Maria. The nose offers an enticing bouquet of key lime, Meyer lemon with a hint of cream. The body is full and rich. It has the perfect amount of acidity to make reach for the next sip and the finish is long and complex.
2006 J. Wilkes Pinot Noir Hillside Vineyard, Bien Nacido
Filled with intense aromas of ripe strawberries, cherries and cola. This is a bright, fresh, medium bodied and vinous Pinot Noir from Bien Nacido. It shows great depth of flavor with a nice balance and finishes pure.
2005 White Cottage Cabernet Sauvignon Risa, Napa Valley
This wine is a blend of Howell Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon with excellent fruit from the valley floor. Great extraction has given this wine a dark, ruby color, with aromas of black and red fruits on the nose, leading to a robust, forward fruit on the palate with a hint of minerality.
