This is the meeting of our fall course for people interested in learning more about wine.  The course will meet three consecutive Thursdays starting September 24th.  We will begin with a discussion on wine basics and how wine impacts our senses.  The second evening will focus on various components that make up a balanced wine, including sweetness, acidity, alcohol, and tannins.  Lastly, we will put it all together and sample wines paired with foods that compliment them.  Course enrollment fee includes lecture, group discussion, and wine tasting for all three evenings.
