The folks from Island Creek Oysters, New England's leader in oyster wholesale and farming, will be setting up shop in the culinary center, shucking the afternoon away, while you: "slurp. taste. swallow. repeat." And it wouldn't be a complete GFWCC event without some oyster-worthy wines. We have rounded up a collection of what we consider the best wines to pair with oysters, from 4 different suppliers. Horizon, Carolina, WJ Deutsch, and Croney Estates will all be represented, and they'll be showing a combined 25+ wines from Champagnes, Sauvignon Blancs, Muscadets, Pinot Blancs, and more.
