Please come and join us for a wonderful night of food and wine! This week’s dinner will be designed by Felicia Anzardo and Anthony Sambrato Jr. Felicia has many years of culinary experience in the Tampa Bay area and currently creates amazing pairings at Roy’s Restaurant in Tampa. The menu for this event is as follows:
1st Course- Sake “Mojito” Oyster shooter, complemented with a fresh pink grapefruit, habanero Salsa.
Wine pairing: Alamos Sauvignon Blanc, Mendoza, Argentina. 2007
2nd Course- “Cohiba Cigar” Cold Smoked Ahi Tuna served over a Cilantro and Papaya Salad with a Jalapeno Miso Aioli.
Wine pairing: Castle Rock Cuvee Pinot Noir, California. 2007
3rd Course- Roasted Pork Loin served with truffle Chorizo Turnip Greens and a Roasted Shallot Szechwan Peppercorn Demi Glaze.
Wine pairing: Mia’s Playground Zinfandel, Sonoma. 2007
