Willamette Valley, Oregon has put the state on the map as a great wine state.  Rich Pinot Noir, crisp Pinot Gris, elegant Syrah and mineral rich Chardonnay are some of the best in the country, especially their earthy, berry filled Pinot Noir. 

On September 28th Dallas Uncorked and Sevy’s Grill team for an all Oregon dinner, featuring not only the great wine of Oregon, but also some of the fresh flavors the state is known for, like the mushrooms, blueberries, blackberries and cherries, hazelnuts, Rouge Creamery and Tillamook cheese, and of course the decadent seafood. 

The 4 course seated wine dinner will start at 6:30, with a champagne reception. The cost of this decadent dinner is $82 per person.  Tickets available through our website, www.dallasuncorked.org.  Sevy’s is located at 8201 Preston Rd, Dallas, TX 75225
