Bob Sabatini will be hosting this fun and informative dinner that you will be sure to enjoy. Bob is an expert at Italian wines and spends most of his time educating the staff at restaurants all over the state of South Carolina. He will give you a better understanding of Italian wines and explain why they compliment the region's excellent cuisine so well. We will be offering a five course dinner menu designed by executive chef Yuri Gow and his culinary team, along with five wines paired with each course by Mr. Sabatini.
