Maggiano's Little Italy in Plano invites you to an evening of decadent food and wine prepared by Executive Chef Johnny Poche and his culinary team on Friday, Sept. 18. Hosted by Marham Vineyards, don't miss out on this specially prepared four-course meal accompanied by a selcetion of Markham's finest wines. Reception to begin at 6:30 p.m., followed by dinner at 7:30 p.m. Limited seating is available and reservations are required.
Hors d'Oeuvres: served with Marham Sauvignon Blanc
- Lobster shooters with grapefruit and tarragon butter
- Tourchon of Foie Grais served with a peach marmalade
- Saffron Arancini's stuffed with braised beef short ribs
First Course: served with Marham Chadonnay
Polenta tart stuffed with blue crab, roasted garlic and baked with an asiago cream, topped with a petite herb salad
Second Course: served with Markham Reserve Merlot - 2002
Porterhouse Contadina; Halibut and shrimp putanesca
Third Course: served with Marham Cabernet Sauvignon
Cheese board - chocolate, blueberry and banana cheesecake
