The Advance course is recommended for individuals who hold the Intermediate Certificate, or have a good wine-knowledge foundation. In depth lectures and discussions teach students to describe the characteristics of the world's principal wines and spirits and gives information on the key factors influencing style, quality and commercial value. The final exam is comprised of multiple-choice questions, short written answers and one blind tasting.
