An expert will explain the process of wine making, from beginning to end, before guiding you through the process step-by-step. You will actually participate in the crafting of a wine designed especially for Professionals in the City members who attend. A few weeks later, you will return when the wine has matured so that it can be bottled, corked and labeled with a Professionals in the City label before you take it home to enjoy!

This is an opportunity that you won't want to miss! In addition to learning how to make your very own wine, you will sample several different kinds of wine. The tasting will be guided and experts will be on hand to answer any questions you might have about the wines you are enjoying.

After the event, you will have the opportunity to make and purchase other types of wine at your own expense.
