The class will focus on basic home brewing techniques and procedures. Aaron will supply his basic guide to brewing booklet, and the class will make a batch of delicious beer!
Aaron has been brewing for over 12 years, and he currently brews both beer and wine. His store, Brewstock, opened in January of this year on Oak Street. Aaron studied brewing, wine making, and viticulture at UC-Davis and Texas Tech. He has enjoyed teaching both beginning and advanced home brewing classes in Wisconsin and New Orleans. He also roasts coffee and makes meads and sodas.
