Cy Curnin, lead singer and songwriter for ‘80s rock heroes The Fixx, will be performing solo material from his new CD, “Solar Minimum,” plus re-interpretations on guitar and piano of some of the hit songs of The Fixx. Opening the show and also accompanying Cy is special guest Nick Harper. Nick is recognized as one of Britain’s finest acoustic singer-songwriters. He’s been a former member of the hit band Squeeze, and recorded the 1998 album “Smithereens” with Squeeze frontman Glen Tillbrook as producer. |
