Ancient Cataluña was once a country that stretched from northern Spain up into south-eastern France and over to the islands off the coast of Italy. Cataluña gave us Salvador Dali, the cathedrals of Gaudi, and most importantly, the Garnacha grape, now the predominant varietal of these areas. The rustic and robust wines of this region are intended for hearty food and cold winter nights. Join us as we sample through many of the best styles coming from the region into the U.S, paired with traditional Catalan cuisine created by Executive Chef Adam Greenberg.
