Chef Guy Reuge of Mirabelle Tavern presents a five-course tasting dinner on Thursday, August 20, featuring the brewery of the month - Brooklyn Brewery. Brewmaster Mike Vitale will be on-hand to discuss the menu pairings and featured brews and there will also be live music. Reservations are recommended beginning at 5:30 p.m. The five-course dinner costs $55 per person, plus tax and gratuity. The menu is as follows:
