It is a real honor to have Aldo Rafanelli join the staff at The Mooring to speak about the wines of Antinori. Aldo has been with Piero Antinori since the 70's proudly promoting the wines of the Antinori family. Chef Adi Mandel and his culinary team have created a menu that pairs so well with the wines. Tignanello, the first Super Tuscan, will be featured at the dinner along with many other of their wines.
