November Wine Release Party (Polenta Dinner Seatings—4:00, 6:00 & 8:00)

Each year, the town of Asti in Italy’s Piedmont region gathers for a banquet to celebrate II Polentone or Big Polenta.  Once known as a peasant’s dish, polenta is a staple in Northern Italy.   Ed Seghesio, who was taught to make polenta by his mother Irene, finds himself comforted by the dish as the cool Autumn nights turn to winter.  Ed invites you to a family dinner featuring his chicken & sausage polenta served with our newly released 2007 Sangiovese and 2006 Home Ranch Petite Sirah.  Ed will share recipes and anecdotes before we head down to the cellar for a traditional Italian dessert.
