Please Join Us for a Special Dinner…

 

On Sunday, August 23, Beaker and Flask will host a five-course dinner showcasing the art of food and beverage pairing. This extraordinary dinner will benefit The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

Chef Benjamin Bettinger will create three courses to pair with cocktails by Beaker and Flask owner, Kevin Ludwig, and bar manager, Tim Davey, as well as wine from Matello and Patricia Green Cellars. For the final two courses, Steve Jones of Steve's Cheese will pair a selection of artisan cheeses with a beer from Upright Brewing, and to finish the evening, Billy Wilson of Barista will pair coffee with chocolates from David Briggs of Xocolatl.

 

This event will showcase Portland's emerging food and beverage talent while raising funds to help find a cure for blood-related cancers.

Cost for the dinner, including gratuity, is $75.
