Guests will taste 9 wines from around the world imported and distributed by Frederick Wildman & Sons. The wines will be presented by Matthew Glass, DWS (Diploma in Wine & Spirits from the International Wine Center)..
This will be an elegant evening where every wines will be paired with gourmet tapas by Chef Franz at Nina Restaurant. They have become one of Orange County’s most beloved restaurants. With Cozy brick walls and Burnished tin ceiling the sophisticated, yet relaxed atmosphere is reminiscent of New York Cities SOHO.
