Wining & dining is no new tradition, but pairing Pinot Noir with a succulent filet mignon or a Sauvignon Blanc with mesquites-stuffed pork, is a refined art.

We at Jacksons, love to indulge in this art and will feature incredible wine & food pairings at the Robert Mondavi wine dinner series.

Dennis Hopper, our Executive Manager, is looking forward to the Mondavi Dinner Series which will feature a twist on the Chardonnay course, as well as, three different vintages of Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve including the 1996, 1999 and 2000 vintages, served side by side for a comparison tasting.

Each outstanding course will be paired perfectly with a dish specially prepared by Chef Rick Davison, who will passionately talk about the flavor notes tableside.    Kelly Costello will guide you through each of the wine selections along with beautiful stories about the life of Robert Mondavi and his dedication to the wine world.
