Wine-OH! University EVERY Monday night, class begins at 8pm
Have you ever wondered where Pinot Noir Grapes grow best? Have you ever wondered why the best Rieslings come from Germany? Is there a reason Sauvignon Blanc vines are planted with Rose Bushes? Did you know that learning about a specific wine producing region can help you in your search for finding wines that best suit your pallet?
If these types of questions intrigue you, or keep you up at night, then Bigby’s Wine-OH! University is the place for you to pursue your degree in Vin-O-ology! There will be a class lecture, wines for tasting, entertainment, specials, games to put your Viticulture education to the test, prizes, 10% off select bottles of wine and special pricing on food paring items off of our menu.

Learn about the invention and history of Sparkling Wines. We’ll have a close look at which regions sparkling wines come from, including Champagne. We will have a special guest speaker visiting our class this evening.
We will debut our new “Sparkling” wine flight on our menu. You may add a delectable cheese-flight, paired perfectly with our Sparkling wine flight, for just $5.
