Internationally renowned chef, author of award-winning cook books, educator and public television personality Joanne Weir will be at J Vineyards & Winery to sign copies of her book, Wine Country Cooking. This simple and unfussy approach to preparing and eating Mediterranean cuisine focuses on the delicious ingredients found in the California wine country, such as olive oil, garlic, figs, tomatoes, lemons and herbs. J’s Chef Mark Caldwell will prepare selected hors d’oeuvres from her book to sample alongside J’s Russian River Valley wines.
