Tuna Carpacio
Fresh tuna loin cut paper thin drizzled with a special house marinade and served with Radicchio salad

Pellinis all Pomodoro
Prosciutto, Gorgonzola and California Figs fritters with a sweet basil and tomato dipping sauce

Homemade Italian sausage raviolis in a light vodka pink sauce and caramelized Fennel

Veal Scalopine sautéed with a delicious sauce prepare with fresh sliced Crimini mushrooms, Pancetta and cream served with sautéed baby spinach
