Guests are invited to become
beer connoisseurs and learn the ins and outs of the frothy stuff at Duke’s
Alehouse and Kitchen’s monthly Beer 101 School. This August, Duke’s will introduce students to ‘Flavor
Hooks’ as they learn which beers pair best with their favorite foods. They will
also try complimentary small bites that have been expertly paired with the beer
selections. This month, patrons that bring their favorite beer to class (enough
for everyone of course) will receive ½ off admission to beer school. RESERVATIONS
REQUIRED.
WHEN: Wednesday, August 12. 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM
COST: $25 per person includes small bites and 3-ounce beer
samples. Card carrying members of
the American Homebrewer's Association will receive a $5 discount. Tickets will be available at the door or
can be purchased in advance by calling Duke’s and speaking with a manager.
