What a treat.....CQ's executive Chef Eric Sayers is creating a special menu inspired by Julia Child to pair with the wines and stories from Teira Winery owner Daniel Donahoe. Daniel's Grandmother grew up with Julia Child and introduced the two during his first year at Boston University. Over the next four years, Daniel was fortunate to spend a great deal of time learning about food and wine from Julia and ultimately chose a career in wine instead of International Relations. You will be sure to enjoy the personal stories and anecdotes of his time spent with Ms. Child. Chef Eric Sayers has been a longtime fan of the culinary works of Julia Child, and considers her to be one of his greatest mentors. Creating a special menu inspired from her classic recipes will be a treat for him and for those attending. Daniel Donahoe & Teira Wines
