South Miami favorite hangout, Deli Lane Cafe & Tavern, will be hosting its signature Wine N' Dine, an affordable and relaxed wine tasting and food pairing on Thursday, August 20th starting at 6:30.  The event will feature three wines from the Sterling Vineyards in Napa Valley and the chefs at Deli Lane will be preparing two complimentary food pairings to go with every wine tasted.

Guests at the Deli Lane Wine N' Dine will enjoy...

• Sterling Chardonnay paired with a bourbon glazed pork medallion with apple compote and pan sautéed snapper with key lime beurre blanc
• Sterling (blend) Meritage paired with fettuccini with fresh peas and veal in a porcini sauce and baked brie in a puff pastry accompanied by spiced mango chutney
• Sterling Cabernet Sauvignon paired with sesame thai chicken spring roll with sarachi dipping sauce and shredded flank steak and fire roasted peppers with cabernet reduction
