| The natural affinity that exists between wine and cheese is legendary and goes back thousands of years. The long history of both wine and cheese in Spain makes it a great object lesson for how to pair the two up. We'll taste Manchego from Spain's central highlands, Azul wrapped in sycamore leaves, tangy goat's milk cheese, and much more. Six wines, six cheeses, plus bread, olives, tapas. You'll learn about the spectrum of wine and the spectrum of cheese and other strategies for making great matches. Is there anything more delicious with wine than cheese? If there is, I want me some!
