Our high altitude vineyards in the Serralunga Hillsides are perfect for producing this luscious, fruity dessert wine. Excellent with all desserts.

Hangtime Chardonnay

The 2005 vintage spent a minimum of 140 days on the vine leading to flavorful, mature fruit. The wine explodes with flavors of green apple and baked pears, with creamy layers in between.

Castello Banfi le Rime Chardonnay Pinot Grigio

Pinot Grigio and Chardonnay are nurtured to perfection in select hillside vineyards of the Banfi estate in Montalcino, Tuscany. The grapes are gently pressed, followed by vinification "in bianco," or "off the skins" at low temperatures in stainless steel resulting in a delightfully harmonious wine. Le Rime, pale straw in color, is an aromatic, fruity white wine with a crisp finish replete with refreshing acidity.

Root 1 Cabernet Sauvignon

The wine has a medium ruby color with aromas exhibiting a rich and intriguing mix of dark fruit, leather, game and spice. On the palate the wine shows a balance and elegance commendable for such a young vintage. The smooth tannins serve a nice backdrop to the dark fruit with earthy notes and a hint of chocolate. Nice medium to long finish. A pleasurable and unique wine.

A to Z Pinot Noir

Our 2007 A to Z Pinot Noir is true to variety and vintage with bold aromatics and a palate to please. This wine has moderately-deep color and a tannin profile to match. The dark spices on the nose and palate complement the flavors you would expect from a good Oregon Pinot Noir: blackberry, raspberry, black cherry and earth. The oak profile is restrained and the natural acidity from the 2007 vintage gives the wine precision and tautness.

The tasting is free to all who come in.  Full glasses are available for only $3.   You can enjoy them as you wander the store or go over to the Chase Club and sit down and relax.  Hope to see you there.  P.S. Don’t forget to ask  about our Wine Club!!
