This class provides an overview on wine service etiquette, along with the principles of food and wine pairing, to prepare you for your next dining experience, whether it's with your friends or a big client. Your class will be led by Tracy Ellen Kamens, Ed.D., CWE, DWS, Chief Education Officer of Grand Cru Classes. While she promises to make wine more approachable for consumers, she is proud of her wine credentials, which include the Certified Specialist of Wine credential from the Society of Wine Educators, Wine & Spirits Education Trust’s Diploma of Wine & Spirits (with Merit) and its Intermediate and Advanced Certificates (both with distinction), the International Bordeaux Instructor title from L’Ecole du Vin de Bordeaux. Tracy is currently the NY Wine Shopping Examiner for Examiner.com and has written for Wine Enthusiast, Wine Press and Long Island Wine Gazette.
