DAY ONE
Aug. 28th: Farm to Table Winemaker Dinner with Sean O'Toole
Reception, Four Courses paired with Reserve Wines introduced by winemaker 
7:30pm, $125 - Limited seating please call to reserve

DAY TWO
Aug. 29th: Heirloom BLT BAR & 2008 Sauvignon Blanc Release Party
"Build your own BLTs" with cult bacons.
2-5pm, $45 - advance RSVP suggested

Create BLTs from 40 tomato varieties, 10 heirloom basil, 15 rare sea salts, fresh mozzarella, wood-fired breads, artisan aiolis and our world-famous heritage bacon bar. Selections of bacon include Allan Benton’s Country Smoked, Nueske’s Applewood Smoked, Vande Rose Farms Dry Cured, Fatted Calf’s Brown Sugar Dry Rubbed and Boccalone’s Pancetta. Hill Family Estate will unveil the 2008 “Tiara” Reserve, Napa and Late Harvest Sauvignon Blanc.

DAY THREE

Sean O'Toole is at it again. This time on Sunday morning.
