The Sierra Nevada rises dramatically from the sea providing a background for the fascinating tastings at top bodegas.

Discover all the styles of sherries from light, ultra dry to unctuous and ancient; Montillas too, and now red and white table wines that we should take note of.

Visits include Lustau, Gonzales-Byas, La Gitana and Alvear.

We visit Ronda, Cordoba and the ‘Sherry triangle’, and stay in 4* hotels or Paradors. The promise of luscious wines, traditional food, fascinating architecture and a little winter sunshine!
