Feta, honey and fig pastry on a bed of local mesclun, mint and parsley with a cucumber yogurt dressing

Santorini Fisherman’s Soup

Traditional soup of striped bass, mussels and shrimp with fresh oregano and tomatoes

Grilled Swordfish Kebab with stuffed grape leaves and eggplant tomato confit
