April Gallegos, Maker’s Mark Master Diplomat, will be at Café Hidalgo on

and would like to take you on a guided tour through the history of bourbon and the taste profile of Maker’s Mark Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whisky at different ages of maturity including the following:

Distilled 0 years – White Dog

Distilled 2 years

Distilled to full maturity

Distilled 10 years

A true bourbon expert you’ll learn everything from the basics of bourbon to the most complex workings of the distillery:

§         The difference between Whisky and Bourbon

§         What makes bourbon uniquely bourbon?

§         The ABCs of bourbon tasting

§         Some history of Maker’s Mark

All you need to provide is a flat surface and your interest in bourbon. 

We’ll bring everything else to you.
