This beautiful winery located in the Templeton Gap region of Paso Robles has become a cult favorite of wine enthusiasts. Founded by a renowned heart surgeon who visited the Paso Robles area more than 20 years ago and fell in love with the region, Jada produces Bordeaux and Rhone varietals. Production is limited to around 4,000 cases, which allows wine-maker Scott Hawley to create truly exceptional wines.
