On August 11th, we will be serving a 5-course Dinnerl and pouring a different
Seghesio wine with each individual course. Mathew Calles of Seghesio will be there to talk about the wines.

Reception Course: Prosciutto & Cantaloupe Roulade

1st Course: Grilled Squid Stuffed with Crab Risotto

2nd Course: Chilled Tomato Soup with Tomato Gelee

Main Course: Roasted Lamb Terrine with Lamb Au Jus
