The Wine Coach, Laurie Forster, and Chef James Barrett of The Westin Annapolis are celebrating the fruits of the local waterways, and their palatable competition from other regions. This time, Chef Barrett is preparing OYSTERS in several fabulous ways, accompanied by local meats and greens. To complement each course, Laurie will pair the perfect, affordable Fall wines. Finding delicious wines for the pairings won’t be difficult, but narrowing the choices to 6 will be a challenge!
