Wally's is extremely excited to present the first-ever Chateau Canon Wine Dinner in Los Angeles, with the chateau's Director, Mr. John Kolasa. The setting for the dinner will be the incomparable Capo in Santa Monica, one of our all-time favorite restaurants! Chateau Canon is solely owned by the Wertheimer family. (The Wertheimer’s other holdings include one of the jewels the fashion industry, the house of Chanel.) The Wertheimer’s, along with Director John Kolasa, approach everything they do at
Chateau Canon in the same manner employed at Chanel: with precision, care, and a flair for creating unique items whose hallmarks are quality and style. John and the Wertheimers are generously unlocking the doors to Chateau Canon's library for this dinner. Selections to be served will stretch back in time to the 1970s. We have managed to match up one of Bordeaux's finest with one of Los Angeles' greatest restaurants, and at a very reasonable price.
