An intensive nine-week program that runs Thursdays 7:00-9:30 P. Your study will include wine production and classification and a fascinating look at all the major wine growing regions of the Old and New World. Sparkling and liqueur (fortified) wines are included as well as a separate focus on beer, spirits and liqueur.
