 The sequence of tasting cheese and wine are very similar and when you find the right pairing it is heavenly. It can be a tricky topic but come with an open mind/palate and discover how and why the blissful union of these two is so sublime. Any good cheese regardless of origin; soft and supple, or tangy and pungent can find a match in a good bottle of wine. We will compare some conventional pairings with new delectable experiments.
