Do you love wine and want to learn more about it, but in a relaxed atmosphere, and easy going style? Well, I own and operate the High Street Grill and we specialize in just this type of venue.  Come and join me for my first "Wine Class" since becoming a CSW in 2007.  I will take you on a journey through Spain, and explore the various regions by tasting 6 types, discussing the climate differences, terroir, and wine making techniques of the areas.  Chef John will prepare tapas to match each of the selections as a way to understand pairings of these types of wines, as well as a great way to enjoy the class!  You will take with you a "Wine 101"  packet of info, with general tasting guides and formats, and a tasting sheet to remind yourself what you tried.  This is the first in a series of classes so I hope that you will join me, and bring along some friends...
