Summer is almost over, though we are far from the end of hurricane season and the extreme heat of the summer lingers. Back to school is in full swing and many South Florida parents are very happy; however there is one thing that's got me shedding a single tear, the end of summer means the end of my favorite drinking season...rosés. Why do I love rosés so much? Well let's see; there are the countless food pairings, that feminine color that cries for a couple to drink it at the beach or on a picnic, and then there is the white wine acidity with the red wine flavors...enough said. Come in and catch the last of what summer has to offer with the now fleeting rosés.
