Learn the fundamentals of creating Kiss My Bundt Bakery’s award-winning cakes while sipping sparkling wine.
Then learn a few principals of matching sweet cake and dry wines,
sampling four different “wine friendly” cakes served with premium,
California wines. Bakery founder Chrysta Wilson and wine critic/cookbook author Amy Reiley
will host this baking demo and tasting, featuring Kiss My Bundt’s cakes
and four hand-selected wines from Peju Winery and Brander Vineyards.
Each participant will receive four of Kiss My Bundt’s mini bundt cakes
to sample. Take home boxes will be provided for anyone restrained
enough to save some for later!
