Fleming's continues its popular Grilling Seminars with a tips on how to prepare seafood and vegetables over the open flame. This session debuts at Fleming's Peoria restaurant on Saturday, August 29. It will be held at all four Fleming's restaurants in September.
Chef Jeff Fearing will share tips, advice and recipes to prepare delicate items like seafood and vegetables for the grill. After demonstrating techniques, guests will get to sample some of Chef's recommendations and receive suggested wine pairings.
