It's back by popular demand. Those that missed Fleming's Cut Above Grilling Seminar have a second chance to learn all they need to know to cook the perfect steak.

The session will be held at Fleming's Peoria restaurant only on Saturday, August 15 from 1 - 2:30 pm. Chef Jeff Fearing will show guests Fleming's most popular cuts of steak and discuss the differences, then everyone will head to the grill provided by Barbeques Galore for some on-hand dos and don’ts to cooking.

After the sessions guests will get to sample three cuts side by side – the filet, New York strip, and ribeye – so they can taste the difference themselves while Fleming’s wine managers offer suggestions on wine pairings.

The 90-minute sessions are only $10. Seating is limited, and reservations are required. Contact  Fleming’s Peoria at 623-772-9463.
