| The holidays are just around the corner and that means entertaining. Try this delicious menu the next time you decide to cook for a crowd. Everything can be made in advance and the meal is best served family-style, leaving you time to enjoy your guests and the fruits of your labor. We'll be making warm mixed nuts with rosemary, parmesan, and sundried tomato wafers; mixed green salad with caramelized onions, blue cheese, and walnuts; beef Bourguignon (beef braised in wine with pearl onions and mushrooms); potato gratin, and a rustic fruit tart. Arrive hungry! |
