Filet Au Risotto Formaggio
seared beef tender accompanied with a spinach & Stilton risotto
topped with caramelized onions and a wild mushroom demi glaze
Paired with 2004 Ridge Santa Cruz Mountains Red Blend-Santa Cruz, California
Course Four
Artisan Chocolate Dipped Strawberries
served with vanilla gelato
drizzled with red wine infused grapes and crème anglaise
