Asparagus wrapped in Serrano Ham

stuffed with goat cheese, roasted tomatoes

drizzled with a balsamic reduction

Paired with the 2007 Ridge Three Valleys Red Blend- Sonoma County, California

Course Three

Filet Au Risotto Formaggio

seared beef tender accompanied with a spinach & Stilton risotto

topped with caramelized onions and a wild mushroom demi glaze

Paired with 2004 Ridge Santa Cruz Mountains Red Blend-Santa Cruz, California

Course Four

Artisan Chocolate Dipped Strawberries

served with vanilla gelato

drizzled with red wine infused grapes and crème anglaise

Paired with 2005 Ridge Lytton Springs Red Blend- Dry Creek Valley, California

Dinner begins at 7:00pm. $55 per person.
