Why Sin and Zin?  Because we will be tasting a new wine from Charles Smith named "The Velvet Devil" and velvet it is  It goes down so smooth - maybe too much so.  And also a new red Zinfandel named Zen of Zin.   We will also be tasting some other Captivating Reds...Ravenswood Petit Sirah, Blackstone Syrah and a great Cab called Heavyweight - which is actually one of the lightest and easiest drinking cabs I have tasted recently.  And as always we will pair Tapas to match the wines.
