BRASSERIE JO SUMMER SPIRITS 101 - CLASS ONLY $1.01
Brasserie JO continues its class series with a Summer Spirits Class in celebration of the warmer weather. The “class” will consist of a lesson on French Liqueurs by beverage director Erin Phillips, cocktail tasting and passed appetizers. Cocktails to taste include the Martini JO, Summer Thyme, La Violette and a Kir Royal Alsace.
Reservations are required, but the class will only cost $1.01. Participants are invited to stay “after class” for classic French fare in Brasserie JO’s bar area.
