EVENT DETAILS:

Sly Fox Brewhouse's Brian O'Reilly will lead us in a tasting that highlights the way that different hop profiles contribute to the beer. We'll consider different varietals and methods of adding hops to the brewing process, such as fresh hopping, dry hopping and continuous hopping. Brian will provide samples of hops for attendees to smell and taste (hop tea!), and NYC beer professional Maggie Fuller will demonstrate the boil stage of the brewing process.
