We've been amassing these rare Burgundies for over three years and now proudly present one of the greatest Burgundy tasting/dinners we have held in our 40 plus year history. The stars of the evening include the greatest Richebourg of the 20th century the 1990 DRC (a wine ratailing for $2,800+). To complement this '90 were serving the '90 Grands Echezeaux of DRC a $1,000 wine. An alternate star of the evening is the 1989 La Tache DRC a $1,400 wine Clive Coates rated a perfect 20/20. But the DRC's dont stop there as there are further Romanee St. Vivants and Grands Echezeaux from great vintages and wines selling in the $700 to $950 range. Yet as great as are the just mentioned wines the number one wine may well be the 1993 Clos de la Roche of Leroy a $1,450 wine rated 100 by Robert Parker. I can go on and on with the other masterpieces and if you ask we will gladly supply you a complete list of wines and other details. Total retail value of the wines being served runs from a low of $15,500 to over $20,000.
