Which cheese goes with which wine?

Join us as we experiment in matching a variety of

wines with different cheeses. Does that wine go

with a hard or soft cheese? Italian, French of Spanish cheese?

Come find out as we travel through the culinary world of wine and cheese!

Class is presented by Amy Mumma, the head of the World Wine Program at

Central Washington University.

 

The program is open to anyone who

is interested in the exciting world of

wine and is 21 years of age or older.

Be sure to register early as these popular classes fill up quickly! Seating is limited to 60 and pre-registration is required.
